Died on 18th October 1945 as Chief Engineering Officer 

Had been,  Lieutenant Engineer, Royal Navy Reserve since 1942.  Details on  enclosed picture.

William had a rank of, Temporary Skipper, Royal Navy Patrol Service

Discharged unfit  in 1942 and lived at 98 Tiverton St, Cleethorps. 

New ribbon on War medal and looks like these medals were mounted at some time.
